Hi, Alan, I just recently acquired an iPhone case with a battery charger in it and it's really neat. However, from time to time, I also get that error message with that. I can't remember the brand name of this case, but a lot of the time I have to press the charge button on the case to activate the charge again. However, I turned Bluetooth off tonight and I got the phone to give me a full charge in the case. I don't know if that has anything to do with the error message or not. I know someone who has the same case as I, but I don't know if he had ever gotten the same message.
