Hi sieghard,
Well, some people say that they don't have real problems with PDF documents on 
the Mac. And that is true, so long as what you want to do is read a regular 
sort of plain-vanilla PDF. But I have never had any luck with tables in a PDF 
file, and others seem to think the same thing. Some people export them to word 
processors and read them that way. Or I guess they copy from the PDF to the 
word processor then manipulate the text in there. But what a pain in the butt 
that would be. It is still much better for Adobe on windows, so far as I am 
concerned. And that makes me sad, because I had thought that by this time I 
would have been able to dump my windows altogether and just use a Mac for 
everything.
