No, you're supernetting a class C.

For z/VM 5.1, VARSUBNETTING is the "unchangable default".   Older releases 
of TCP/IP required VARSUBNETTING to be enabled in AssortedParms.  Are you 
*sure* you're not accidentally running an older TCPIP (NETSTAT LEVEL)?

No.  The syntax of supernet routes is on p. 564 of the z/VM 5.1 TCP 
planning book.  Based on that, I agree with Miguel's "0.0.3.0  0".  If it 
ain't workin', call it in.  FWIW, try coding "192.168.193.0" in column 1.

Most people seem to use Microsoft Visio for network pics.  A free viewer 
is available.  (Me, I use PowerPoint.  Pencil, paper, and a scanner are 
reliable, too.)
