No announced availability on an IFL that I know of. Try the special bid
process, prepare for sticker shock (rumor is that RSCS pricing is just
nuts).

Drop VTAM and find an IP session manager, or
Send all the consoles over to PROP and forget about consoles.
Most likely, send all the consoles over to PROP.
But I wanted to understand the licensing before decisions are made.
