Sorry That is probably my fault. Lowercase defaults mimic the unix behavior
and lessen the misapprehension that non VMS sysadmins might have in
encountering the prompts. (I have in mind a unix person who when prompted with
"Are you sure [N]?" might think that they have to enter "Y" rather than "y"
or "yes" in order to answer in the positive. Hence I go for the
"Are you sure [n]?" prompt.)
BTW dealing with such user input and/or large scripts tends to be more
forgiving if you use the (perlian looking)
$ IF (variable)
in places where a positive non-null value seems in need of branching
rather than the much more restrictive:
$ if variable .eqs. "Yes"
