Hello, i just wanted to connect my desktop computer with my notebook (both XP Pro). So i installed RealVNC on my Desktop and copied the Viewer to my notebook, both connected via Crossover Cable
On Desktop started VNC Server, Insert my Passwort, allowed for Connections and AUTO for Display On Notebook: started viewer, insert IP of Desktop (found out with ipconfig) and :0 for Display. And i still have the Message: "Failed to connect to server".
