I have a situation that has me out of ideas with a connection through VNC. I use VNC on a Windows 98 OS and I can connect normally to a 98 or 2000 or XP system without any problems, except one. I have one computer that is an OS 2000 and I can establish the connection, send the password, it will start to paint the screen, then I am booted out and no error message is received. I can connect to other computers on the same network without the problem. We have un-installed and re-installed the application and have it set up with the same options as the other computers, but it continues to bounce me out. I have tried finding a log for the connection on my computer, but have not had much luck yet. I started searching the archives of this newsletter, but I may not be searching for the correct keywords because it I have not come across this situation yet. There must be something wrong in the set up, but I can not seem to find it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to track it down? Thanks in advance. _________________________________________________________________ Cyndy Sheehan Systems User Specialist Tyco Plastics Monroe, LA [EMAIL PROTECTED] Phone(318)-388-2200 #124 _______________________________________________
