Cristiano,

You may have seen this, but not with 'standard' VNC. I'd suggest you look
at echovnc.com if you want something that is only activated when your
clients want your help.

Cheers.

Subject: View the client's desktop on the server

Hallo to all subscribers.
Here's my question: I'd need to view on my PC (running VNC Server, with
static IP), a window with the desktop of the PC wich is calling me (running
VNC viewer, with dinamic IP), so I can't operate in the PC of my customer
under his supervision and in total security.
I know that it's possible 'cause I saw this solutions working good (a PC
client called the server, and on the server automatically opened a windows
showing the desktop of the client), sometimes ago.
Anyone could know the solution of this problem???

Bye bye

Cristiano Fiore
