It sounds like you're wanting a "reverse connection." Where the "server"
calls the "client." On the "server" machine (the desktop you're wanting to
view) right-click on the VNC icon in the system tray and select "add new
client" and then have them put in the IP address of your machine (external,
port-forwarded, etc.) That should do the trick.
