You missed the part about
1) Mills is wrong, Dirac (reinterpreted) is correct
2) Moller/Langmuir is similar to BLP but not the same
3) ZPE energy powers the device

4) The signature of ZPE in this device is UV light at the characteristic 3.4 eV mass/energy
