I should have made it clear that the Claytor paper quoted at LENR-Forum is from 2002. It has nothing to do with Brillouin Energy. However, Brillouin Energy announced that Claytor has done a replication of their work, and AlainCo suggested it might be along the same lines as this paper. That's reasonable.
I will ask Tom if he has a paper about his Brillouin work. - Jed
