There is no principle that states things
tend to seek a zero angular velocity with respect to the fixed stars
for example.
Where did I say that? (Perhaps we do need such principle...but i'm
just thinking freely)
We are not performing brain surgery or building rockets.
No one is going to be sued for a misjudgement or a mistake.
I know what these things are.
My question was not about free energy.
Please note that I did not discuss your ideas specifically because I
have no interest in debating them. All I was trying to do is help
you answer your questions in a more general way. Michel Jullian was
doing a great job of discussing your specific ideas.
