Paul uses sims a lot. He used some to make fine
adjustments to his research meter. I used some simple
SPICE DC circuit analysis to see how efficient diodes are
at low power levels. I think a massive parallel diode
grouping will do all that's necessary to rectify and
aggregate Johnson noise. Paul believes that complex
element arrays are needed. Paul believes that diodes
should have high saturation current; I believe that good
diode forward / reverse discrimination requires a low Is.
He found the SMS7630, I searched that family and found
the SMS7621 with lower Is and a little lower junction
capacitance. I believe that there is room for everyone
when the diode array emerges from obscurity. I would
