You know, the solution is going to be a crystalline lattice which can
capture 2 deuterium atoms or ions in the unit cell modulated by the
unit cell resonant frequency.  Tweeking the frequency will adjust the
rate of fusion and the fuel cell will have to be replaced every 100
years or so.  Staying on resonant frequency will create a weapon.
