You are so close now, I have to say something. One of the resonant lattice
frequencies of Zr4.28Zn0.9Ge3 is very close to that required for H[n=1/9] (off
by 0.03%). Bathing this material in soft x-rays with the same wavelength (2.204
keV) should, stimulate the surface creation of Hydrinos, when in an H/D
atmosphere. If my theory is somewhere near correct, then these should have a
radius = Bohr radius / 81, and the reaction

H + D -> He3 should occur in about 26 seconds.
