The table indicates no such thing. As far as I know, every paper in the references was given to the DOE panelists. I could be wrong about that; I did not go through the box verifying every last paper, and this was years ago. However, as I clearly stated on the web page and here, the only papers listed in that table are the ones that I have uploaded to LENR-CANR.org. I have most of the others but they are either on paper (not scanned) or I do not have permission to upload them. - Jed
