I wouldn't worry about that. Obsolete technology never vanishes, as I said. You can still buy washboards and coal shovels. The only thing I can't find are enamel buckets, and I'll bet you can find them on the Internet somewhere. More seriously, if you have a legitimate reason for wanting incandescent bulbs, you can bet that hundreds of thousands of other people will, too, so there will be a market for them. Or, there will be a market for a more modern gadget that fills the niche market need that you and these other people have, such as resistance heaters designed for chicken houses. This is especially true with the Internet catering to niche markets. You can buy every kind of manual typewriter ribbon. You can buy radio tubes. TubeDepot.com has over 3,000 types in stock. - Jed
