I was pleased to hear that you visited MIT to discuss new energy. I hope
you meet with Professor Peter Hegelstein and discussed his work with “low
level nuclear reactions“. A group at SPWAR consisting of Mosier-Boss, P.
Szpak, and S. Groden has also done paradigm shifting work in this area.
Professor George Miley of the University of Illinois has also pioneered
research in this area .

I have been, to date, a minor player in this area of research. I have,
however, just published a paper in Infinite Energy Magazine (enclosed).
This paper complements the work of the others in field.
Many object to this area of study. The most vocal opponent is Bob Park,
spokesman for the American Physical Society. His narrow minded focus must
be set aside and efforts in the field of low level nuclear reactions, must
be supported.

Get someone to review my paper and take action based upon this review.
