That is incorrect. As Rossi and I have pointed out many times, if there were flaws in the steam test, the flowing water test would have revealed them. Since it showed even more heat than the steam test with this same device, that proves the steam test methodology is sound.

The flowing water test was not public as far as I know. Where is the report showing the data etc.?
