It's not clear to me what the specific point it is you're trying to
make. Are you trying to say that Rossi could still be a scam artist
because some claim he continues to make "absurd" claims?

If Rossi's eCat technology turns out to be authentic and he eventually
gets paid for the 1 MW plant he can then go out an buy another house.
Probably a bigger one. There is certainly nothing absurd about such a
plan. Tapping into the financial investment of a paid for home has
often been used as financial collateral.
