What you demand here is a commercial-product demonstration:

Now, install these radiators in free air and measure the water
flow and the delta_th and absolute temperatures and log them.
Let it run non-stop for 24 hours. This would be a practical real
life experiment and the result would not need much interpretation
    and discussion.

Yes of course that will convince everyone. I suppose that if Rossi could do this, he would, since he says commercial success is the most important metric.
He said he has used it to heat his office. He said this to Kullander and Essen and they didnt doubt it, because they believed all persons there are honest.

If he cannot do this, then he has lyed too much as than I can believe anything.

If Defkalion's claims are real, they will soon be in a position to do this. I am sure they are not wasting time or delaying an effort to do that.

If you want to know why they have not done this yet, the answer is probably: Because it is harder than you think. Harder than you imagine. Harder than you _can_ imagine.

Leave it to me what I can imagine and what not. Building a heating system is trivial. It is made out of standardized components that are probably cheaper than his heatexchanger. For all components you get technical data from the manufacturers. This technic is in use since 100 years and well known.

If he measures this with scientific precision then he gets a scientific proof. I hope, you have no doubt, that a commercial heating system can be scientifically measured. I personally dont demand scientific precision. I demand a commercial proof of concept.
This method can deliver both.

That is why, for example, computer artificial intelligence does not yet exceed that of human beings.

I have never believed in artificial intelligence. As soon as these systems exceed the intelligence of men they are out of control. As soon as they dont need us anymore, they will kill us or use us as slaves, like we do it with animals and environment.
Hopefully they will not do it in this suizidal capitalistic way as we do.

Not because it is impossible, but because it is very hard to accomplish.

Most technology is much harder to create than most people realize.
I am not "most people". "Most people" dont believe anything about this because they are not interested.
