I expect he did use it to heat an office. That does not mean he knows how to do it again. Mizuno once used a cold fusion cell to evaporate 37.5 L of water over 10 days. He could not do that again to save his life. If he could do it, he could easily convince a panel of experts that cold fusion is real. - Jed
