It can go wrong occasionally but if it goes wrong mainly when it's properly tested, it's probably a scam.

The problem is, only these customers where it goes wrong, complain.
Those many that are happy with the products dont go to court and their identity is not disclosed because they must been protected. Yes, they protect their honest customers! When it goes to court then there are aways professional engineers and other witnesses and experts that have seen working devices. Natural physical laws are not justice laws. The second law of thermodynamics counts nothing at court, when there is a Dr.Dr.Prof. Ing. who explains, why it is a pure assumption and cannot been proven.
