here it won't be burned gas turbine, but recycled vapor turbine... clearly downsizing is not evident... but maybe it is possible... noise should be much lower, and no problem with throttling if the car is hybrid. evacuation of heat is not trivial also, because on car most of the heat is evacuated by exhaust, not by radiator.
