Terry, does this surprise you? No one knows for sure whether or not anything can or should be done about carbon dioxide emissions. I can not imagine the leader of any one country committing suicide by tying his peoples industrial capacity into knots while others dash forward. If man's emissions of carbon dioxide and other gasses are proven to be dangerous to our existence, then something will happen. Perhaps it is up to the LENR community to bring the world back from this potential brink.
