I am sure he said that. That would take a skilled group of engineers working in a well-equipped lab. Ampenergo does not have such resources. Perhaps they hired someone, but I am pretty sure Rossi said this was a group at a major corporation. You cannot "hire" engineers at, say, GE to do a thing like this. GE would do it for their own purposes, not on a contractual basis for a small investment company such as Ampenergo. Assuming that Rossi is telling the truth, it does not sound like Ampenergo is the main player. Maybe they still have a role. I believe he is telling the truth. - Jed
