Gene Mallove said "there is no such thing as an effect that cannot be scaled." He meant scale up or down. This is a slight exaggeration. Muon fusion cannot be scaled. But for the most part it is true. I am confident that if this gadget is really producing energy someone will find a way increase the power density. If it were collecting solar energy that would not be possible, but it has to being something unprecedented such as tapping ZPE. - Jed
