Rossi does have intellectual property. His devices work. He knows how to make them. It may be that he has not written a patent or some other coherent description of how to fabricate the devices, but he knows. Xanthoulis bragged that he stole the secret. As I recall, he said Rossi was unaware of the fact they looked the powder with a mass spec. However, it is clear that Defkalion was not able to replicate. Their devices do not produce excess heat. So Xanthoulis thought that his company had stolen the secret, and he bragged about it, but he was wrong. Xanthoulis does not seem to have much technical knowledge.
