I have done some messing about and have found that the reason the
balls don't spin on your page is that your source does not specify the
true dimensions of the anim 100x98 but specifies width and height as
50x50.
I do not know whether the gif should be animated or not when a smaller
(or bigger?) size is specified, but changing the width and height to
100 x 98 makes the balls spin okay. Not a lot of help if you want to
use a smaller anim, but a least you know why it's not spinning :-)
