The specification of scale on a GIF anim should not cause the browser not
to animate it.
Netscape animates no matter what the width and height specified are. MSIE,
Opera
and iBrowse correctly animate the GIF.
At least the defective section of V has been identified, now all that's
needed is to fix the code.
