I wrote that in jest, but, who knows the way things are interpreted today.
They have changed the bait regulations from "Natural" bait, and the
definition of "Natural", to any type of scent enhancer.  WD40 has been used
extensively as a scent enhancer by the lure fishermen.  Jere
