Fished Nunnly on Thursday with Bill Hamilton and Marcia Ghosn. Decent day
weatherwise although Bill reported the barometer falling all day. As
apparently has been the report of late, fishing has slowed considerably.
Very slow morning with improvement after Bill left (seems often to be the
case)!!!!!
Shortly after noon, we ran into 7 locals handlining and bait fishing with
spinning rods. Returned to the car and called the WSP who transfers such
information to Fish and Game. About 5:00 pm the 7 left walking over the
hill. Marcia and I loaded up and pulled the boat up and over the hill
about 5:30. Just over the hill were 3 Fish and Game cars with all 7 in
tow. Doubtless there will be no consequences, but nevertheless perhaps
they will think again. Cell phones help.
