Hello to all of you. My name is David Kuttner and as of today, I just
signed up to be a part of this group. I am relatively new to fly
fishing, having only seriously participated in the sport for a little
over six months now. I have fly fished on and off over the years, but
never with any consistency. I can say now however that I have become
"addicted" to this great sport, and I now fish as often as I can. Being
new to fly fishing, I try and get as much information as I can and in
browsing through the posts I find here, this seems like a good place to
learn. I primarily fish for trout, but I hope to fish for steelhead
someday when I can afford to purchase a rod which is better equipped for
that than the 5wt I currently own. Being in Spokane, I fish the Spokane
river the most, but I would like to venture out and try some of the
other streams in the region. I am sure that I will be asking for
assistance about places to fish many times in the future so I will thank
you for your help in advance. This seems like a really good place for
someone new to the sport to get some good help. Thank you all and best
