Green River

I am thinking about trying to fish the Green are there many places to fish?
Friends have told me to go early in the AM because of tubers in the
afternoon. I was looking tat the Regs and they only listed regs up to the
Tacoma Headwork's Dam, is that the Howard Hanson Dam listed in my WA
Gazetteer? Isn't there any fishing above the reservoir into the Cascades? I
would like to get away from the ditch part of the river where does that end
and a real river start?
