From memory both Dave and ICS use TCP/IP and that sets up conflicts. When I was doing something similar I ended up using MacSOHO on the Mac for file sharing because it uses NetBEUI (sp?), leaving the TCP/IP for the Internet sharing. Try disabling Dave on the Mac.
