Hi Michael, I¹ve always been happy with Internode since changing from SmallPuddle four years ago.
I can¹t comment too much on their customer service since I haven¹t really had reason to call on it. The only unilateral action on their part, wrt my account, was increasing the download quota and increasing the speed (all on the same plan/price) - so I wasn¹t really complaining ;o) I also use their NodePhone VOIP service again pretty happy with it.
