Thanks Daniel. I'm about to do this. Is it safe to migrate the apps back as 
well as data. I know I will need to although I also read it's good practice to 
download the latest versions fresh from the web. Unfortunately there are some I 
simply can't download and will need to migrate. Will this re-introduce corrupt 
data?
