Many thanks Tim.    The ATO have a list of Mac things to do to overcome the 
Java problem initiated by Apple removing a Java plugin from recent system 
updates.  I have done all those but still Safari fails though currently Firefox 
seems fine.   I will do this quarterly return tomorrow and then like you 
possibly forget it all in three months time!
