I’m not sure this will get through as I haven’t paid because we are having
severe financial problems, so fingers crossed.

The ATV4 did not turn on, no light. I unplugged and waited a few minutes
replugged, it turned on and showed a screen which looked slightly different to
usual (but maybe normally I don’t see the top part). But I can’t do anything
from the remote except change the volume. This indicates it is not a problem
with the remote.

Also the screens on the Panasonic TV looked slightly different, some options
greyed out. So this morning I unplugged the power board which has all the TVs
etc connected waited and plugged in again. This fixed the Panasonic but the ATV
is the same.

Is there any way of doing a reset without being able to access settings?

Any suggestions gratefully accepted. Incidentally I greatly regret leaving
WAMUG after so long.
