Hi Ronni

It would seem that rather than “more calls than usual” it is a case of “more
expensive calls than usual”.

When my bank account showed that the auto recharge had been activated twice
last month I realised something was amiss. Virgin is being phased out across
Australia, originally to happen earlier this year but now extended to the end
of this year or early next year. For a while their on line contact was
difficult but that is now easier so I'll direct my query to them. Their Perth
store closed some time ago.

As always many thanks for your help.

Kind regards
Laura
