Ok I have an iPhone 5s with software 10.2 I decided to update software to version 12.--- When update had finished a message appeared on screen of iMac running Majove,\. The message was "Allow this computer to access your iPhone by responding on the Phone. No message appeared on Phone screen. All that was on the screen was the apple logo and a white under the logo. When noting changed after an hour I decided to shut down the phone, but no amount of pushing the home button or the turn off button hard any effect, Maybe somebody can give me some advice. regards Bill & Juliet
