Leading Hong Kong Wireless Carrier Announces Commercial Launch of
             Mobile Internet Using Phone.com UP.Link Server 4.0

   HONG KONG (April 10, 2000) ¾ Phone.com, Inc. (Nasdaq:PHCM), a leading
provider of mobile Internet software and services, and SUNDAY (Nasdaq:
SDAY, HKSE Stock Code: 0866), a leading developer and provider of
telecommunications and wireless Internet-related services in Hong
Kong, announced the launch of full-scale mobile Internet services,
branded as "SO WAP," using the Phone.com(TM) Wireless Application
Protocol (WAP) UP.Link(TM) Server 4.0. Powered by Phone.com's WAP
technology, SUNDAY has transformed WAP-enabled mobile phones into
wireless Internet appliances by providing access to Internet content
and services. SUNDAY's offering portfolio includes Info-On-Demand
services such as financial news, weather, and personal management
services including personal organizer, and scheduler. SUNDAY has
launched commercial service just a few months after the original

deliver full-scale mobile Internet services in Hong Kong. SUNDAY has
secured partnerships with over 40 content and service providers
offering a wide range of innovative services to its growing base of
customers. Partners include Virgin Atlantic, Twentieth Century Fox and

partners can now extend their online business to the wireless world.

delivering solutions that make the lives of the every day consumer
more enjoyable. Phone.com shares our vision and innovative drive, and
together we have accomplished a great deal in a short amount of time."

SUNDAY is leveraging WAP to further extend the company's existing
services including Mobile Concierge, Mobile Cupid, Mobile Racecourse,
Mobile Jukebox, and Webganizer to the wireless Web. SUNDAY will
continue to aggressively WAP-enable its current service categories
including SUNDAY Entertainment, SUNDAY Life, SUNDAY Infotainment,
SUNDAY Travel, SUNDAY Dining, SUNDAY Plus and SUNDAY Biz.

"Phone.com continues to execute its commitment to deliver world-class
WAP core technology and innovations, reliability, rapid deployment and

popularity with Hong Kong consumers, will undoubtedly lead the way in
the rapid adoption of WAP services in Hong Kong."
