Who requires it? For compiler output?

I think I can say that most (not all) devs are using GCC and most of them do 
that on a Linux system. So getting minidumps which are compatible with MSVC 
wont help them much if MSVC is needed to view them.

But as WINE can replay minidumps, I don't see a need anymore to use MSVC.

I know that that package exists...
But most people don't have it installed, so best would to ship it with the 
installer. But that is not what a modem user likes...

And given that WINE also can read the minidump files, I think we don't need 
it.
(And actually I dislike the idea to switch over to Windows to compile 
releases. ;) )
