ITA with this comment. Like on M*A*S*H when inept Lt.Col Blake was replaced with by-the-book Col. Potter and the irritating Maj. Frank Burns was replaced by equally irritating, Maj. Chas. Emerson Winchester III. He was totally different than Frank but just as funny.
