Be very, very careful with PayPal. I personally have had no trouble using it for the past two years. I have had 2 clients though who have horror stories basically coming down to they earned too much, too fast and when they tried to withdraw it thier account was frozen.
One of my clients just happed to work for a Radio station and threatened to have a weekly program all about PayPal and such. As soon as he invited the president of PayPal to come join them for his point of view, his account was mysteriously re-opened. My other client is less fortunate and has over $7000 frozen in his account and it has been over 3 months now. He has hired an attorney. PayPal is very good if you are just getting started or selling low cost items, but I would be very careful if your products are high dollar and on an established site with lots of traffic. You will set off thier "fraud - flags" for sure. Just my opinion of course...but I have seen it happen.
