I think it's far worse than I've ever suggested here. It's the kind of junk
that, if I were still teaching college students, I'd award a D for. When
viewed from the standpoint of modern OS design, it barely even qualifies
as an operating system. It's nonportable, nonscalable, unreliable, riddled
with security holes, inefficient, and just about everything else that an
OS should *not* be.
Sorry, NT is pure unadulterated junk, and the ONLY reason people buy it is
hype from Micro$oft. No competent technical person would ever willingly
choose it, especially since there are so many clearly superior alternatives
available. Its "success", such as it is, is indicative of Micro$oft's
ruthless marketing tactics, not the quality of the product.
