And what chokes a robot need not choke it. A robot could be just like a
browser and even read the javascript that choked my little robot.

Ah!... and why not.
You can get such access from iserver.com for as little as US$55.00 per month.
Except, except.. you cannot install mod_perl or fast_cgi but they are working
on even that right now. But you do get access to your server's cofiguration files.
And you can install nearly every perl5 module.
