I think you have a rather macho attitutde about the responsibilities of the
average computer user/Web surfer. Just because you are able and willing to
tinker with your system to make it do what you think it should do under all
circumstances, I think you should realize that only a fraction of Web
surfers have such inclination or skills. I think it's up to those who
produce Web pages to make sure their product is fit for the common market.
And that means folks like me who have a very fine up-to-date computers as
well as those who have lesser machines. We're the customers - the ones to
be served. We do not exist to serve those who elect to produce Web pages.
