I have managed to slither by without knowing anything about working with
CGIs, since the ISP I normally use has standard CGIs to suit all our needs.
But now I'm up against the wall and need your help.
I've got a client whose site will be on a web host I've never worked with.
The client wants a form for submitting tech support questions for their
software product. I wrote the ISP's webmaster, who told me they don't have
a standard CGI for forms. Since every web host I've ever used has had a
standard form CGI, I don't know what to do.
Will I have to get one of Matt's scripts and adapt it for my client's use?
How does the totally clueless go about doing this?
thanks, Suz
