Gee, Suz, why not just ask for someone to shoot over a script?
I have a favorite, form.cgi. you can have it up and running in minutes. But
you must visit
http://www.cgi-resources.com
Even though you'll have to call the sysadmin to get info for your new
script, you might want to stick with the one you're currently using if you
like it and/or accustomed to it.
let me know if you'd like to send form.cgi. I can't remember where I got it.
